The descriptions of the work are there to tell you what a job usually involves. Every house is different, so what your system needs is settled when Lionel has seen it, not from a web page.
Bookings and the estimate fee
An estimate visit booked through this site is a paid booking and the fee is not refundable. The agreement box and the typed signature on the booking form record that you understood this before the booking was made.
No price shown or implied anywhere on this site is an offer.
Cancelling or moving a visit
